An industry veteran with 25+ years’ commercial real estate experience, he possesses an extremely unique background that blends transactional expertise with high-caliber management skills. In addition to being responsible for NAIDB’s operational and fiscal performance, David actively orchestrates transactions in collaboration with the firm’s talented brokerage team.
While focusing on recruiting and mentoring NAIDB’s next generation of leasing and investment-sale brokerage professionals remains a top priority for David, he also concentrates on bolstering the company’s market presence across Northern and Central New Jersey, with a specific emphasis on Middlesex, Somerset, Union, Essex and Morris counties.
