ERIC BRAM JOHNSTON, NAI Business Manager, Principal, is credited with engineering – along with Robert J. DiLeo – the 2008 joining together of Eric Bram & Co., with DiLeo Realty Associates. Eric, who launched his real estate career in 1987 with Eric Bram & Company, spearheaded the multi-generational, top-5 real estate brokerage firm’s growth and expansion and became one of the founding member firms of the NAI Global Managed Network of New Jersey.
Combining local market knowledge with extraordinary insight into commercial real estate market trends, Eric has orchestrated over 5+MSF in sales and leasing transactions on behalf of a diverse roster of clients with a regional and national presence. These include Bristol Myers Squibb, Strauss Discount Auto, Petco and the US Postal Service.
Since forming NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., Eric has steered the firm’s growth in a new era in commercial real estate.
