Kyle Gerace
KYLE GERACE, Associate Vice President, who joined NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. in 2020, is responsible for assisting owners and tenants across the Central New Jersey Metro achieve their commercial real estate sales and leasing transaction objectives. In this role, he is focused on broadening and applying industry knowledge, refining his analytical skills and building client relationships.
Since launching his brokerage career as an Associate with NAIDB, Kyle has quickly mastered the industry ropes while earning a seat at the closing table of several noteworthy transactions. A former referral agent for a residential real estate agency prior to joining NAIDB, he is a highly motivated self-starter and natural competitor with tremendous persistence – a character trait that has been and continues to give him an edge in his commercial real estate career.
