NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., celebrating 80 years in business, has represented the owner and tenant in the lease of 9,930 Sf office space at 5000 Hadley Road in South Plainfield, NJ. The lease was completed by Robert A. Dinner, Executive Vice President and Christopher Galiano, SIOR, both of NAI DiLeo-Bram. The Department of Motor Vehicles for the State of of New Jersey was in need to find a new regional location as its current facility building site was scheduled to be re-purposed by the owner of the property.
DMV chose 5000 Hadley Road for its location with excellent access to the major roads networks, and to be able to continue providing services to the the public while remaining in the same local, said Robert A. Dinner, of NAI DiLeo-Bram.
