Sale of 6,200 Sq. Ft. Office Building in Union County

A medical practice has purchased a nearly 6,200 sq. ft. office building in Berkeley Heights, under a newly completed transaction by NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.

The brokerage firm announced that David Simon, its chief operating officer, represented the seller in the transaction  at 654 Springfield Ave.  Located near Interstate 78 and Route 22, the 6,156-square-foot property is home to several existing tenants that have occupied it for several decades.

“We experienced a significant amount of interest in this property based on its size and location,” Simon said, citing its proximity to amenities and to the Berkeley Heights train station. “The building offered the buyer the ability to accommodate its medical practice while also presenting its principals with an ideal investment opportunity.”
