Veteran Broker Hired as Senior Vice President

Jack Feeney

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has added to its team with the hiring of a veteran office and industrial broker in New Jersey.

The Piscataway-based firm announced Monday that it has hired Jack Feeney as a senior vice president. He joins the firm from Savills and, with NAI DiLeo-Bram, will have responsibilities including agency  representation and tenant advisory services.

“It is with great pleasure that we welcome Jack to our NAI DiLeo-Bram team,” said David A. Simon, the firm’s chief   operating officer. “Jack is a well-respected member of New Jersey’s commercial real estate industry.  He is dedicated to his clients and his knowledge and experience brings tremendous value to the firms he represents.”

Throughout his career, Feeney has focused on office and industrial leasing and sale transactions primarily throughout the New Jersey metropolitan area, but has handled national requirements for clients as far away as Hawaii, the firm said. He has closed more than 4 million square feet of transactions for Fortune 500 companies and clients  in the high-tech, industrial, manufacturing and communications industries.

His most notable transactions include the 175,000-square-foot Bedminster headquarters lease for Verizon Wireless.

“I am excited to be joining NAI DiLeo Bram & Co.,”  Feeney said. “I was drawn to the entrepreneurial culture of the firm and wanted a platform that would support my ability to provide the services that my clients require. I have known David for many years, and I am looking forward to helping the firm build on the wonderful foundation that exits and help mentor the newest members of the team.”

Feeney spent 26 years as with Studley, now Savills, playing an important role in establishing the company’s central New Jersey office. He also has held positions with Douglas Elliman Commercial and Joseph Hilton & Associates.

He received a bachelor’s in education from Boston University and is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey.
