NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. Announces Firm’s CRE Sales & Leasing Top Producers
Galiano, Shein & Gerace Earn Back-to-Back Accolades
Woodbridge, NJ [March 3, 2025] – NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) has announced its top-producing brokers for 2024: Chris Galiano, managing director/principal; Marc Shein, executive vice president and Kyle Gerace, vice president. Individually and as members of NAIDB’s brokerage team, these three professionals have demonstrated exceptional performance in commercial real estate sales and leasing across New Jersey.
Announced at the Annual NAIDB Broker Recognition presentation, Galiano, Shein and Gerace were named for recording the highest volume of completed and closed sales and leasing transactions. Notably, this marks the second consecutive year the trio ranked in the top three, demonstrating their consistent and exceptional performance. Adding to their impressive track record, all three were also named among the top leasing brokers in the MidAtlantic Region in 2023, further solidifying their status as industry leaders.

In addition to announcing the Top Producer honors, NAIDB also named Executive Vice President Robert Dinner as this year’s recipient of the Spotlight Award, which highlights an outstanding team members’ impact on advancing the firm’s workplace culture, mission and service.
Named in memory of the late NAIDB broker Jeff Jones, an office and retail specialist, the NAIDB Spotlight Award is given annually to an individual who exemplifies the qualities and traits Jones embodied. He was known for his ethics, drive, collaborative nature, sense of humor and dedication to his family, friends, clients and community.
A special recognition for Elena DiLeo, marketing coordinator, was also presented as a culmination of NAIDB’s annual employee awards presentation. DiLeo was acknowledged for distinguished excellence in consistently exceeding expectations to advance the firm’s marketing, brokerage support and client-focused services.
