Woodbridge, NJ [December 10, 2024}NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., (NAIDB) recently hosted its annual Friendsgiving celebration with a focus on giving back to the community. This year, the team members packed over 100 snack bags to donate to Elijah’s Promise, a New Brunswick, N.J. based non-profit organization dedicated to fighting hunger and poverty.

NAIDB’s commitment to community engagement is deeply rooted in its core values. Earlier this year, the firm was honored by the State Theatre New Jersey as its Corporate Honoree, recognizing the firm’s significant contributions to the arts, particularly in advancing educational and sensory-friendly programming.

“By supporting local initiatives and charities, we can drive meaningful change and help improve the quality of life for those around us,” said NAIDB COO David A. Simon.

More than a soup kitchen, Elijah’s Promise is a culinary arts training center, job training program and a community hub. The organization provides meals to thousands of people each year and offers a variety of programs to help individuals and families break the cycle of financial inequity.

Since its inception in 2008, NAIDB has been dedicated to making a positive impact on the communities it serves. The firm’s philanthropic efforts extend beyond this latest initiative. NAIDB maintains partnerships with numerous organizations like the Community FoodBank of New Jersey (CFBNJ), where team members have actively participated in food packing events, helping to provide essential food supplies to those in need.

CFBNJ, a leading anti-hunger and anti-poverty organization, distributes food for over 90 million meals annually. The organization also offers a range of services, such as job training, SNAP outreach, nutrition education, and hygiene product distribution.

In addition to its community outreach, NAIDB is actively involved in the commercial real estate industry, participating in organizations like ICSC, NAIOP, and IOREBA. The firm supports these organizations’ community initiatives, further solidifying its commitment to giving back.

By combining professional excellence with a strong sense of social responsibility, NAI DiLeo-Bram continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of countless individuals and families.
