Job Description

• Represent owners, buyers, and tenants in the acquisition and/or disposition of properties
• Learn about and develop market knowledge regarding specific geographic areas and property types
• Build a contact database of owners and tenants
• Generate leads through extensive canvassing, networking and
involvement in professional organizations
• Create and deliver presentations to landlords and tenants
• Establish property evaluations (BOVs)
• Formulate agency marketing campaigns
• Create availability reports
• Implement customized marketing programs to position listings using their

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated business development abilities within a specific sector and/or market
• Proficient in the fundamentals of basic financial analyses
• Strong oral & written communications skills, including negotiating capability
• Focused, detailed and politely persistent
• Diligent worker and team player
• Personable, collaborative
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint software
• Willingness to learn new software and systems
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• NJ Real Estate Salespersons License is required
