Alex Tseng
ALEX TSENG, Associate Vice President, merges his architectural and commercial real estate brokerage backgrounds to focus on the multifamily and industrial sectors. In addition, he specializes in representing industrial property owners throughout the Central and North New Jersey Metros with an emphasis on the ports. Prior to joining NAIDB, Alex was a Director of Investment Sales at a New York City-based real estate investment sales firm. Concurrently, he served as a Director at a boutique real estate strategy and architecture firm, where he was responsible for the purchase of undervalued and poorly managed multifamily properties and repositioning them through value-add renovations. In addition, Alex also served as a Project Manager at an international architectural firm, where he led design team studies of large-scale mixed-use development projects and resort communities.
