Alex has an extensive background in the commercial real estate industry, with a strong focus on the multifamily, industrial, office and property management sectors. Alex specializes in representing industrial property owners in central and northern New Jersey with an emphasis on the ports.
For the past four years, Alex was a Director of Investment Sales at New York City-based JET Real Estate. Concurrently while working with JET, he was a director at STREETSEED, where he was responsible for purchasing undervalued and poorly managed multifamily properties and improving them to become more desirable for tenants, as well as increasing property values for the property owners. He also utilized his design capabilities at CAZA, an architectural firm, where he served as a Project Manager leading design teams for studies of large-scale mixed-use development projects and resort communities.
Alex has a B.A. in Architecture from Rice University
