During his career in real estate, Bill has concluded many lease and sale transactions involving office, industrial, retail, and investment properties. He has represented both landlords and tenants in their acquisition and disposition projects.
Bill entered the NJ corporate real estate business in 2003 as a sales associate for DiLeo Realty Associates after a long and successful career in the business world. He is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of senior management expertise with the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies as well as privately held entrepreneurial endeavors. Bill’s financial experience and his attention to detail, has enabled him to successfully serve his client’s real estate objectives.
