Catherine Goski-Vasquez
Background
Catherine joined NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. in 2013, upon graduating from college with a degree in Mathematics. Within her first five years working in commercial real estate, Catherine and her partner Rich have completed over 70 sale and lease transactions totaling 450,000 sq. ft., to include their recent sale of a 168,000 sq. ft. Office/Industrial building in Cranford, NJ.
They have also become proficient in working with and selling contaminated pieces of property to various retailers, such as the former Gulf Station in Westfield which they sold to 7-11, and the former Gas Station in Cranford which they sold to Investors Bank for a new branch.
As a member of the various chambers of commerce and industry organizations, Catherine has developed a strong network of peers and has developed lasting relationships with other professionals in a variety of industries. Additionally, over the past two years, she has corresponded with several township officials and developers in an effort to focus on transit village redevelopment projects such as her and Rich’s 4.5 acre listing in Garwood, NJ.
Catherine’s educational background in research, teaching, and implementing new programs has proven to be an asset in assisting her clients in reaching their goals of disposing, acquiring and investing in commercial properties.
