Scope of Experience
David has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience and has previously been a Partner with B6 Real Estate Advisors, Executive Managing Director, Market Leader with Colliers International, Executive Managing Director with Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in December 2014, Managing Principal with the New Jersey office of Cassidy Turley and Chief Operating Office with Colliers Houston & Co. In these leadership roles, David has been responsible for the growth, operational and financial performance of these companies along with the oversight of the office, industrial, retail, land and investment sales divisions.
Background and Experience
David spent the first seventeen years of his career as a salesperson/broker and was a Principal at Newmark Real Estate of New Jersey, currently known as Newmark Knight Frank which acquired Jacobson Goldfarb and Tanzman Company (JGT) in 2001. Throughout his career, David has completed hundreds of transactions on behalf of tenants including: Merrill Lynch, Best Buy and Bed Bath & Beyond and has represented properties on behalf of institutional and local owners including: Mack-Cali, John Hancock, Chase Manhattan Bank, Atlantic Realty and Kushner Real Estate Group, among others.
Educational Background
David attended Boston University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Public Relations. Additionally, he earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from New York University.
