Jack has over 35 years of experience of commercial real estate experience and a transactions volume of over 4,000,000 square feet. Jack’s broad-based clientele and transaction experience has provided him with an exceptional ability to identify and solve real estate issues and analyze how they relate to a company’s overall business strategy. This insures that the companies represented by him will have flexibility, which translates to the most cost effective occupancy alternatives.
His primary focus is in the New Jersey metropolitan area, though he has handled national requirements for his clients as far away as Hawaii. Some of Jack’s more notable transactions in New Jersey include a 175,000 square foot Bedminster headquarters for Verizon Wireless as well as a 100,000 square foot call center in Morristown, the site location for Tiffany & Company 275,000 square foot fulfillment center in Whippany and a 50,000 square foot school for Ultra Sound Diagnostic’s in Iselin. Jack represents clients from a wide range of industries with varied real estate needs.
Prior to joining NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., Jack spent over 25 years with Savills Studley and played an important role in establishing Savills Studley’s Central New Jersey office.
Jack graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in education.
