Jack Feeney
JACK FEENEY, Senior Vice President, joined the NAIDB team in 2020 and has built upon his 35+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Since launching his career, Jack has completed over 4+MSF in transactions serving clients across the full spectrum of asset categories. While his primary focus is the New Jersey Metro, Jack represents his clients’ interests nationally and as far away as Hawaii.
Prior to joining NAIDB, Jack held a wide range of positions at leading regional and national commercial real estate brokerage firms. In addition, his exceptional analytical and deal-structuring skills, Jack is adept at helping clients evaluate how real estate performance impacts a company’s overall business strategy.
