Kelly Bayer joined NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. as an Associate Vice President. Kelly specializes in representing local and national retail occupiers and owners, and will continue to utilize her experience and expertise to provide exceptional real estate solutions for her clients.
For the past four years, Kelly was an Associate Director with Colliers International focusing on the retail sector. Prior to joining Colliers, Kelly was an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield and was part of the New Jersey Retail Team. Kelly has in-depth experience analyzing demographic and psychographic data to help her clients identify viable market areas for new retail locations and create an overall real estate strategy. Her analysis include reviewing pedestrian flow, traffic counts, occupancy cost analysis, and more.
Kelly graduated from Rutgers University where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise, Science and Sports Studies.
