New Associate Hire

Kyle Gerace

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has hired a new associate to join to its growing brokerage team.

In the new role, Kyle Gerace will be responsible for leasing and sales in central New Jersey. The Piscataway-based firm said he will learn the market and build his database of owners and tenants initially while working with other professionals in the office on assignments.

“I was very impressed by Kyle from our first meeting. He is willing to put in the time and hard work required to learn the business,” said David A. Simon, NAI DiLeo-Bram’s chief operating officer. “Kyle had been exposed to real estate previously and is eager to learn the commercial side of the business.

“His enthusiasm and well-rounded background make him a wonderful addition to our team, and we look forward to helping him succeed.

Gerace received a bachelor’s in sports management from Rutgers University, where he was an accomplished pitcher. He previously was employed as a referral agent with Balsley Losco Realty in Northfield, the firm said, while he is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson.
