Richard Goski
RICHARD GOSKI, Vice President, joined NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. in 2011 from a commercial real estate organization with a collaborative network of independently owned affiliate firms. In his current role, he focuses on exclusive landlord/seller and tenant/buyer representation in Northern and Central New Jersey.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate brokerage field, Rich worked at his family-owned trucking company where he gained valuable experience in management, transportation and logistics operations. He then went on to work on Wall Street and was recruited by United States Lines, a steam ship company. Each role provided Rich with in-depth insight and understanding of the transportation and warehousing industry as well as international ports – most specifically those in the NJ/NY Metro area. A specialist in the sale of environmentally contaminated properties requiring remediation, Rich also handles acquisitions, leasing and dispositions of office, industrial and retail properties with his partner and daughter, Catherine Goski-Vasquez, who joined NAIDB in January, 2013.
